NORTHUMBERLAND MINOR LACROSSE ASSOCATION - NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
Wed. Oct. 9th 2024 @7pm Cobourg Community Centre
All registered members of Northumberland Minor Lacrosse are invited and encouraged to attend.
Registration of members for voting will take place beginning at 6:45pm. You must be registered to vote.
The AGM will include voting on the 2024-2025 Board of Directors.
The following positions are up for election this year:
President **
Vice President – Rep *
Vice President – House league **
Treasurer *
Secretary **
Registrar *
Director of House league
Director of Rep
Facilities Director (scheduler)
Tournament Director
Referee-in-Chief
Director of Sponsorship
Director of Equipment
Director of Promotions
Director of Communications/webpage
Director at Large **
**Denotes a 2-Year Term...all other positions are 1 Year
*Supposed to be a 2-year term, however, position will be vacant and we are looking for someone to fill position for 1 year.
Nominations may be made in advance for any position and submitted in writing via email to northumberland.lax@gmail.com prior to October 9th, 2024.
Please include the name of the individual being nominated and for which position.
Nominations will also be accepted on the floor.
