Registration is now OPEN for the 2026 Soft Lacrosse House League season!!

All U5 players will receive a shirt & any new registrants for this season will receive a free stick. These will be handed out on the first day of the season, Thursday April 16.

Season details:​

• Day/Time: Thursdays, 5-5:30 OR 5:30-6 (half an hour in length)

• Location: Baltimore Turf

• Season: April 16-June 18

An email will be sent near the end of March indicating which team your child is on (please check our site & socials for when that email is sent). If you do not receive an email after the announcement, please either check your junk-mail or you can log back into the registration system & find your Child’s team under the ‘Teams’ tab on the left hand side.

Your Team will remain together for the duration of the season. 

​

Required equipment: helmet, gloves & running shoes. Recommended for helmets to be hockey style & have a facemask for safety purposes. No cleats - only running shoes are permitted on the turf. Label Helmets: for U5/U7/U9 players please put your child’s first name on the front of their helmet to help the coaches know the players (hockey tape works perfect). Bring a water bottle labelled (first & last name).

All scheduled sessions are at the Baltimore Recreation Centre (23 Community Centre Rd).
